The institute of Martial Arts and Sciences offer a variety of accredited / short courses.

We deliver qualifications up to and including the Further Education and Higher Education equivalency in various aspects of the martial arts and related fields.

The IMAS has the "Investment in Quality" Licence from the NCFE, one of the largest Awarding Bodies in the UK. This means that the courses/qualifications offered by the Institute are officially recognised and accredited.

A special one day first aid course for martial artists will be run in the Northwest region very soon. This is an official course run by the IMAS that will be taught by a recognised expert in the field who acts as an advisor and consultant to several martial arts organisations.

This course has been specially designed for martial artists, and will cover how to deal with the most common type of injuries that can occur during a class as well as other types of trauma. This course will be held in the very near future and is very reasonably priced at £45.00 per person.
